Returns & Refunds Policy – JustSoldIt

At justsoldit.ie, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item(s) in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in accordance with your statutory right of withdrawal.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

• Certain products are excluded (see below)

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food or flowers)

• Personalised or custom-made items

• Intimate products (e.g., underwear, earrings) due to hygiene reasons

• Gift cards or downloadable software products

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us within 14 days of delivery:

   • Email: support@justsoldit.ie

   • Include your order number and reason for return

2. Prepare your item:

   • Repack securely with all original labels and packaging

   • Include your name, order number, and contact details inside the parcel

3. Send to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

• You will be notified via email once your return is processed

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

• Indicate in your return request which size/item you'd like instead

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us at support@justsoldit.ie within 48 hours

• Include clear photos of the damage and your order number

• We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping)

EU Consumer Rights

As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish law / UK law.
